Everything was very good, including staff and location, its free wi-fi. The hotel was in the centre of Kingston upon Hull. Appreciated that it was 5 minutes' walk from the train station.

Nice place to stay in Kingston upon Hull, if compared to other hotels. The breakfast had lots of cheap food and drinks. It had central location close to an art gallery.

The hotel was secured and the staff were especially helpful! I appreciated having an electronic key card, a work desk and ironing facilities. Central location, just a pleasant stroll away from Old Town. The venue was in a very lively area.

The lobby was beautiful and reasonably clean. Had well stocked room with perfect shower, great facilities plus a comfy bed for a very enjoyable stay. Had bottled drinks in the rooftop bar. The beach was natural.

By and large, it was nice comfy base for sightseeing in Kingston upon Hull, had much fun. Conveniently located in a shopping area. Truly enjoyed that an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk were included. Hotel's manager is one of the top employees!
